Manage your
customership easily!

To access the online service, follow these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Register for the service using online banking credentials or mobile ID. Provide identification details, such as those from your latest water bill, when prompted.
  3. Confirm your registration with the automated email you will receive.
  4. Create a password for easier future use. Your email address will serve as the username.
  5. Manage your interactions and customer relationship more easily and securely!

In Online you can:

  • Monitor your water consumption more accurately if you have a remotely readable water meter.
  • Enter your water meter readings if you do not yet have a remotely readable water meter.
  • Set a reference value for your water consumption with the Consumption Assistant.
  • Order a report of your water consumption, for example, on a weekly basis.
  • Send messages to Kymen Vesi customer service.
  • Check the status of your bills, whether they are still unpaid or have already been paid and view archived water bills.
